Job Overview
We are looking for part time retail associates to join our front of house team! Applicants should demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have a willingness to learn, grow with our business, and be trained. You need to be able to multitask, and have general knowledge of POS Systems, and tablets. An interest in food and bakery-related products is imperative.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions about products, and assisting with their purchases.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Stock shelves with fresh products and ensure proper rotation of inventory.
  • Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries over the phone.

Schedule: Flexible, Set Monthly

  • One Weekend Day Required
  • Weekday Daytime Availability Required
  • Shop is Closed for Most Major Holidays

Experience: None Required

Food Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
ServSafe Certified (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
