PICK-UP:  

You can pick up your customer orders, or come and shop at our new retail location in Pelham Manor. Our address is 4668 Boston Post Road, Pelham Manor, NY 10803

 

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING: 

You can place an order for any of our Treat Boxes, Cookies and Bars to be shipped anywhere in the Contenential US. We ship via USPS Priority for delivery within 1-3 business days depending on your location. Unfortunately we are unable to ship cakes, pies and chocolate dipped treats at this point in time.

 

DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
Nope! USPS does not require a signature for our packages, which means that your order will be left at the arrival destination as long as the USPS delivery person feels comfortable doing so. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made as soon as USPS can accommodate it, usually on the following business day depending on your location, 

 

WHY DOES IT COST SO MUCH TO SHIP?
Our shipping rates are calculated directly by USPS based on distance and weight, which means the more you ship, and the further the distance the higher the cost! 

 

DOES FLOUR POWER SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We’re currently only shipping within the U.S., but we may cross borders someday! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.


IS MY ARRIVAL DATE GUARANTEED?
We ship our treats via USPS Priority for delivery within 1-3 business days, so we are not able to guarantee arrival dates and times. Treats ship out every Monday-Wednesday for delivery Tuesday-Saturday. If you’re planning for special occasions, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you! For treat boxes the shipping date will always be posted in the items product description. Cookie of the Month Subscription boxes will ship out on the 1st Monday of every month.
